A little sneak and a fishy friend.

What a lovely first week of the school summer holidays we have had so far! We hit the beach again at Pevensey yesterday and the girls had a great laugh....but more of that in a moment.
Firstly here is a little sneaky peek of my DT layout for the new challenge that will be launched over on Scrapology, starting on Monday 1st August....it's a really lovely layout that we have lifted again this month and we hope you like it and want to play along with us.

So, yesterday we hit the beach again for a few hours and the girls went body boarding and swimming again. At one point I thought I was going to laugh until I cried.....the girls were in the water and all of a sudden the water appeared to be 'boiling' in a rather large area. It was infact huge schoals of mackeral swimming along chasing whitebait, all you could see was lots and lots of little shiny heads, teeth and flapping about ( perfectly harmless of course lol) but the girls didn't know that ;) and it looked liked something out of a Benny Hill show to see them come flying through the water in a mad panic to get out. Oh my god how they laughed though....soooo funny bless em.

Lauren had a VERY close encounter with a mackeral!

And once he was gutted and beheaded ready for a barbeque she thought he made a great posing prop LOL.( odd child!!!)
I can see several more trips to the beach coming up over the holidays, weather permitting. But for today I have lots of housework and other catching up to do. Hope you all have a super weekend, whatever you are up too!
Warmest Wishes
Anita..xxx
